How to Get a Card

Adults

Patrons must fill out an application form online to register for a new library card. Borrowers will have 14 days to come into the library to activate an account when filling out an application at home. You will be required to present your photo ID and proof of address.

Youth 13 to 17

A parent/guardian account must be established before applicants under the age of 18 can obtain a library card. They will need to fill out the application and their parent/guardian will be required to present their photo ID and proof of address.

Child 0 to 12

A parent/guardian account must be established before applicants under the age of 18 can obtain a library card. They will need to fill out the application and their parent/guardian will be required to present their photo ID and proof of address.

$1.00 Library Card Fee.

Non-Residents

North Utah County Library Cooperative

Non-Residents who reside in one of the Cities who comprise the North Utah County Library Cooperative must present their current library card, photo ID and proof of address.

Non-Residents 

Non-Residents who do not reside in one of the Cities who comprise the North Utah County Library Cooperative can pay a $10.00 registration fee every six months for access to the the library.
