    The Utah State University brings some of their educational grant funded programs directly to our residents in the Saratoga Springs Public Library. Space is limited for these classes and registration is required. Register online through the university. Register Online for this Session Description: This free 4-session course teaches parents how to raise responsible kids and enjoy parenting. Participants will learn how to end power struggles with their children, teach responsibility, and prevent arguments. Registration is required. Must be 18 or older to attend.
