Utility Billing
Responsibilities
The Public Utilities Department is responsible for the assessment and collection of all public utility accounts with the City of Saratoga Springs. The City of Saratoga Springs provides culinary water, secondary water, sanitary sewer collection, solid waste collection, recycling services and street lighting services all through its public utility systems.
Republic Services
Republic Services collects trash for the City for all neighborhoods. If you are missed, please contact them directly at 801-785-5935.
Utility Rate Studies
Saratoga Springs City is a rapidly growing community with increasing demands of growth and maintenance. The following rate studies have been prepared to ensure that adequate funds are available to continually fund operations expense and pay for necessary expansion projects while establishing a fee structure that is fair to those paying the rate:

Online Bill Pay
The City of Saratoga Springs uses Xpressbill Pay to sign up for paperless billing and to process your online utility bills. To login or create and account visit the Xpressbill Pay website.
**Please note that we will soon be going paperless. If you choose not to set up an account with Xpress Bill Pay and elect paperless billing, you will be charged a $1 fee per month for a paper statement to be mailed out**
Please Note: Customer utility bills are due on the 25th of each month. If not paid by the 25th, a $15 delinquency fee will be applied to the account.
