Utility Applications

Please Note: Customer utility bills are due on the 25th of each month. If not paid by the 25th, a $15 delinquency fee will be applied to the account.

Rental Accounts

Utility accounts are required to remain in the property owner's name. It will be the owner/landlord's responsibility to forward billing information to their tenants. The homeowner is responsible for any balance owed on the account. 

Please inform your landlord and do NOT complete the Homeowner Application for Utilities.

We now require the disclosure/settlement page of your closing documents when signing up for a new utility account. Please send this documentation to receptionist@saratogaspringscity.com
