Paperless Billing

Paperless Billing allows you to get the same information you did with a printed bill, but it is available online. 

We are paperless effective September 1, 2022

• To sign up for paperless billing you must have an Xpress Bill Pay Account. 
• If you choose not to set up an account with Xpress Bill Pay and select paperless billing, you will be charged a $1 fee per month for a paper statement to be mailed out.

How Paperless Billing Works

• Signing up for paperless billing does not change your monthly due date, all bills are still due the 25th of each month.
• For your convenience, you can review past statements and even print hard copies of your bills.
• If you sign up for paperless billing you can still pay by mail, autopay, phone, drop box or in person at the city offices.
• If you ever have problems receiving emails from us, check your spam, bulk or junk folders and then add Saratoga Springs to your approved senders list. 
• To make managing your city utility bill even easier, sign up for automatic payments, and you can stop worrying about remembering when your bill is due. Your payment will be automatically debited from your card, checking or savings account each month, without you having to think about it.

Did you know? Not having a paper bill means one less way criminals can get their hands on your personal information, which happens when they find bills in the trash, recycle containers or even in your mailbox.

To sign up for paperless billing, move the paperless option to "on" at the top of the page when signing into your Xpress Bill Pay Account. 

How to Pay Your Bill

There are a number of ways to pay your utility bill:

Please Note: Customer utility bills are due on the 25th of each month. If not paid by the 25th, a $15 delinquency fee will be applied to the account.
