Cross Country is designed to be a program to teach the basic skills of cross country. Program includes at least 10 practices as well as at least 3 cross country meets. The cross country program will compete against other programs from other city recreation departments so some travel with this program is required.

Once meets start they will be held on Mondays with practices being Thursdays the remainder of the season. Depending on registration numbers there will be two practice times in the evening as well (TBD).
